Yes! Once you create a free account, you can start a 14-day Pro trial with one click from your dashboard — no credit card, no extra info required.

After the trial ends, you'll drop back to the Free tier automatically. Add payment info whenever you're ready to upgrade.

If you're on the Free tier and reach 50 leads, you won't be able to add more until you upgrade or delete existing leads.

Your existing data is never deleted - it just becomes read-only until you're under the limit again. Upgrade to Professional for up to 5,000 leads.

Absolutely. You can cancel your Professional subscription anytime from your dashboard settings. Your account will revert to the Free tier at the end of your billing period.

SteadyManager is a web app that works great on mobile browsers. You can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience.

A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap for future development.

Security is a top priority. A significant part of development went into security:

• All data encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (AES-256)
• Row-level security ensures you can only access your own data
• Optional two-factor authentication (MFA)
• Passwords hashed with bcrypt
• Hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure (Supabase, Railway)

Yes! You can export your leads, tasks, goals, estimates, and jobs as CSV files anytime from your Settings page. Your data belongs to you.

When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. This includes leads, tasks, settings, and all associated information.

We recommend exporting your data before deleting if you want to keep a copy.
